Since cookies are only simple files and not executable programs, they do not pose any danger to the computer. Depending on the settings selected by the user, the Internet browser automatically accepts cookies. However, this setting can be changed and the storage of cookies can be disabled or set in such a way that the user is notified as soon as a cookie is set. In the event that the use of cookies is deactivated, however, some functions of the website may not be available or may only be available to a limited extent. You can prevent the setting of cookies by our website at any time by means of an appropriate setting of the Internet browser used and thus permanently revoke your consent to the setting of cookies. The following types of cookies are distinguished:
First-party cookies: First-party cookies are transferred from the platform you are currently visiting. Third-party cookies: Third-party cookies are cookies that are transferred by a provider other than the platform visited by the user. When a user visits a platform and another entity transmits a cookie through that platform, it is a third-party cookie.
Essential cookies: These cookies are necessary for you to navigate the Platform and use its features, such as accessing secure areas of the Platform. Without them, certain services cannot be provided, such as the display of content customized for your computer or device.
Performance cookies: These cookies collect information about how visitors use the platform, such as which pages are accessed most frequently and whether they receive error messages from websites. However, these cookies do not collect information about the identity of the visitor. All information that these cookies collect is aggregated and therefore anonymous. They are only used to optimize the platform.
Functionality cookies: These cookies allow the Platform to remember choices you make (e.g., language preferences and your region) and provide you with enhanced, more personalized functionality. They may also be used to store your preferences regarding text size, font, and other customizable parts of the website. They may also be used to provide services you request, such as viewing a video or commenting within a blog. The information that these cookies collect can be anonymized. Your browsing activities cannot be tracked on other platforms.
Social media cookies: These cookies are used when you click a social media sharing button on the platform. The social network records this action and may use it for marketing or advertising purposes.

They are usually placed with our permission by advertising networks and record your visit to a platform. This information is shared with other organizations such as advertising providers. Often, marketing and advertising cookies are tied to platform features. Our advertising cookies also allow you to participate in customer surveys to provide us with your feedback so that we can improve your user experience with us.

Google Services:

Google Analytics
Insofar as you have given your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO), this website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). This service enables an analysis of the use of our website and uses cookies for this purpose. For this purpose, the information generated by the cookie, such as your anonymized IP address, is transmitted on our behalf to a Google server in the USA, where it

is stored and analyzed. For on this website Google Analytics has been extended by the code "gat._anonymizeIp(); ". This ensures an anonymized collection of IP addresses. As a rule, your IP address is anonymized by Google Inc. shortening your IP address within the European Union or in other contracting states of the European Economic Area (EEA). In exceptional cases, your IP address is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and only anonymized there. Your IP address transmitted in this way will not be merged with other Google data. The data transfer to the USA takes place under the EU-US Privacy Shield on the basis of the adequacy decision of the European Commission; the certification is available under the following link: https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5A AI.

As part of the Google Analytics advertising function, remarketing and reports on performance by demographic characteristics and interests are used. The purpose of these methods is to use the information about user behavior to align advertising measures more closely with the interests of the respective users. As part of remarketing, personalized advertising measures can be placed on other websites based on the user's surfing behavior on this website. In this context, the advertising materials may contain products that the user has previously viewed on the website. If you have agreed that your web and app browsing history is linked by Google to your Google account and information from your Google account is used to personalize ads, Google uses this data for cross- device remarketing.

The collected data is stored in Google Analytics for a maximum of 730 days by default. The deletion of data whose retention period has been reached takes place automatically once a month. Further information on the storage period can be found here: https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/analyticsjs/cookie-usage.

Google DoubleClick
Insofar as you have given your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO), Google Doubleclick is used on this website, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Doubleclick uses cookies to present you with relevant advertisements. A pseudonymous identification number (ID) is assigned to your browser in order to check which ads were displayed in your browser and which ads were called up. The cookies do not contain any personal information. The use of DoubleClick cookies only enables Google and its partner websites to serve ads based on previous visits to our website or other websites on the Internet. The information generated by the cookies is transferred by Google to a server in the USA for evaluation and stored there. A transfer of data by Google to third parties only takes place due to legal regulations or in the context of order data processing. Under no circumstances will Google combine your data with other data collected by Google.
The information is usually stored for a period of 390 days.
You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. The following options are available to you for this purpose:
a) by setting your browser software accordingly, in particular the suppression of third-party cookies will result in you not receiving ads from third parties; b) by disabling cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain "www.googleadservices.com",

https://www.google.de/settings/ads, which setting will be deleted when you delete your cookies; c) by disabling the interest-based ads of the providers that are part of the self-regulatory campaign "About Ads" via the link http://www.aboutads.info/choices, which setting will be deleted when you delete your cookies; d) by permanently disabling them in your browsers Firefox, Internetexplorer or Google Chrome at the link http://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin. We would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this offer.

For more information about DoubleClick by Google, visit www.google.de/doubleclick and support.google.com/adsense/answer/2839090, and for general information about Google privacy, visit www.google. de/intl/en/policies/privacy. Alternatively, you can visit the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) website at http://www.networkadvertising.org. Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

Google Tag Manager
This website uses the Google Tag Manager, a service of Google Inc. ("Google"). For the European area, the company Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street Dublin 4, Ireland) is responsible for all Google services. Google Tag Manager is a solution that allows marketers to manage website tags through one interface. The Tag Manager tool itself (which implements the tags) is a cookie-less domain and does not collect any personal data. The tool takes care of triggering other tags, which in turn may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a deactivation has been made at the domain or cookie level, it remains in place for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager.

Google Ads (formerly Google Adwords)
Insofar as you have given your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO), Google Ads (both in the variant "conversion" and "remarketing") is used on this website, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google").

Google Ads Conversion
We use the Google Ads Conversion offer to draw attention to our offer with the help of advertising media (so-called Google Ads) on external websites. We can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are in relation to the data of the advertising campaigns. In this way, we pursue the interest of showing you advertising that is of interest to you, making our website more interesting for you and achieving a fair calculation of advertising costs.
These advertisements are delivered by Google via so-called "ad servers". For this purpose, we use ad server cookies, which can be used to measure certain parameters for measuring success, such as display of the ads or clicks by users. If you access our website via a Google ad, Google Ads will store a cookie on your end device. These cookies usually lose their validity after 30 days and are not intended to identify you personally. The unique cookie ID, number of ad impressions per placement (frequency), last impression (relevant for post-view conversions) and opt-out information (marking that the user no longer wishes to be addressed) are usually stored as analysis values for this cookie.
These cookies enable Google to recognize your internet browser. If a user visits certain pages of the website of an Ads customer and the cookie stored on his computer has not yet expired, Google and the customer can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. A different cookie is assigned to each Ads customer. Cookies can therefore not be tracked across Ads customers' websites. We ourselves do not collect or process any personal data in the aforementioned advertising measures. We only receive statistical evaluations from Google. Based on these evaluations, we can see which of the advertising measures used are particularly effective. We do not receive any further data from the use of the advertising media; in particular, we cannot identify users on the basis of this information.
Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with the Google server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and therefore inform you according to our state of knowledge: Through the integration of Ads Conversion, Google receives the information that you have called up the corresponding part of our website or clicked on an ad from us. If you are registered with a

Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, there is the possibility that the provider learns your IP address and stores it.

Google Ads Remarketing
We also use the remarketing function within the Google Ads service. With the remarketing function, we can present users of our website with advertisements based on their interests on other websites within the Google advertising network (in Google Search or on YouTube, so-called "Google Ads" or on other websites). For this purpose, the interaction of the users on our website is analyzed, e.g. which offers the user was interested in, in order to be able to display targeted advertising to the users on other sites even after they have visited our website. For this purpose, Google stores cookies on the end devices of users who visit certain Google services or websites in the Google display network. These cookies are used to record the visits of these users. The cookies are used to uniquely identify a web browser on a specific end device and not to identify a person.
Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US- Framework.
The cookies are usually stored for a maximum period of 390 days.
You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. The following options are available to you for this purpose:
a) by setting your browser software accordingly, in particular, suppressing third-party cookies will prevent you from receiving third-party ads; b) by installing the plug-in provided by Google at the following link: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin; c) by deactivating the interest-based ads of the providers that are part of the self-regulatory campaign "About Ads" via the link http://www.aboutads.info/choices, whereby this setting will be deleted when you delete your cookies; d) by permanent deactivation in your browser Firefox, Internetexplorer or Google Chrome under the link http://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin, e) by means of the corresponding cookie setting. We point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this offer in full. You can find more information about Google's privacy policy here: http://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy and https://services.google.com/sitestats/de.html. Alternatively, you can visit the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) website at http://www.networkadvertising.org.

Facebook, Custom Audiences, and Facebook Marketing Services

Insofar as you have given your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO), the so-called "Facebook pixel" of the social network Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA, or if you are a resident of the EU, Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland, is used on this website for the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our online offer.
With the help of the Facebook pixel, it is possible for Facebook to determine the visitors to our online offer as a target group for the display of ads (so-called "Facebook ads"). Accordingly, we use the Facebook pixel to display the Facebook ads placed by us only to those Facebook users who have also shown an interest in our online offer or who have certain characteristics (e.g. interests in certain topics or products determined on the basis of the websites visited) that we transmit to Facebook (so-called "Custom Audiences"). With the help of the Facebook pixel, we also want to ensure that our Facebook ads correspond to the potential interest of users and do not have a harassing effect. With the help of the Facebook pixel, we can also track the effectiveness of the Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes by seeing whether users were redirected to our website after clicking on a Facebook ad (so-called "conversion").
The Facebook pixel is directly integrated by Facebook when you visit our website and can save a so-called cookie on your device. If you then log in to Facebook or visit Facebook while logged in, the visit to our online offer will be noted in your profile. The data collected about you is anonymous for us, so it does not allow us to draw any conclusions about the identity of the user. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook, so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and can be used by Facebook and for its own market research and advertising purposes.

If we should transmit data to Facebook for matching purposes, this data is encrypted locally in on the browser and only then sent to Facebook via a secure https connection. This is done solely for the purpose of matching data that is also encrypted by Facebook.
Furthermore, when using the Facebook Pixel, we use the additional function "extended matching", whereby data for the creation of target groups ("Custom Audiences" or "Look Alike Audiences") is transmitted to Facebook in encrypted form. Further notes.

Facebook is certified under the Privacy Shield agreement.
The cookies are usually stored for a period of 90 days.
You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. The following options are available to you for this purpose:
a) by adjusting your browser software settings accordingly, in particular, suppressing third-party cookies will result in you not receiving third-party ads; b) to adjust which types of ads are displayed to you within Facebook (as a registered user), you can visit the page set up by Facebook and follow the instructions there regarding the settings for usage-based advertising. The settings are platform-independent (desktop or mobile); c) by deactivating the interest-based ads of the providers that are part of the self-regulatory campaign "About Ads" via the link http://www.aboutads.info/choices, whereby this setting is deleted when you delete your cookies; d) by means of the corresponding cookie setting. We would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this offer in full.
The processing of data by Facebook takes place within the framework of Facebook's data usage policy. For specific information and details about the Facebook Pixel and how it works, please visit Facebook's help section.

Insofar as you have given your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO), the Criteo service of Criteo SA, Rue Blanche, 75009 Paris, France (http://www.criteo.com/de) is used on this website. With the help of this service, users who have already visited our website and are interested in our offers are offered targeted advertisements on this website and on websites that also use the Criteo service. If you select "ON", a new cookie (opt-out cookie) will be set in your browser. This cookie signals to the Criteo service that Criteo may no longer collect and process data about your usage behavior. You have the option to reactivate this function by setting the slider to "OFF". Please note that this setting must be made for each browser you use. Alternatively, you can select the option "Opt-out of all linked browsers" directly under the Criteo opt-out button. If all cookies in your browser are deleted, the opt-out cookie is also affected.

Awin Affiliate Network

If you have given your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO), we use the performance advertising network of AWIN AG, Eichhornstraße 3, 10785 Berlin on our website.
Awin operates an affiliate marketing network. Awin thus enables cooperation between advertisers and publishers, whereby publishers can promote advertisers and their products by displaying ads on their websites. Consumers who click on such an ad are then redirected from the publisher's website to the advertiser's website, where they can complete a transaction. Awin uses tracking technologies (primarily in the form of cookies) to associate a publisher's sales and marketing activity with a specific transaction so that advertisers have the ability to calculate the publisher's compensation per transaction.

Awin stores cookies on the end devices of users who visit websites or use other online products offered by advertisers and publishers from the Awin network. These cookies can be used to document transactions, e.g. when a user signs up for a newsletter (lead) or places an order in an online store (sale). The tracking cookie from AWIN only stores the identification number of the

affiliate, as well as the order number of the website visitor and the clicked advertising material. These cookies are used exclusively for the precise tracking of the success of an advertising medium and for the associated billing within our network. Only pseudonymized, non-sensitive and largely technical data is collected, which does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about behavior and does not enable any mapping or evaluation of consumer interests or profiles.

In addition to the use of cookies, Awin also uses other tracking methods, e.g. device fingerprinting, which allows Awin to uniquely identify a device by looking at certain properties of the browser or the device (including screen size / resolution as well as user configurations). Similar to cookies, the data collected via fingerprinting is mostly technical and pseudonymized and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about the identity of the user.

The cookies are usually stored for a period of 30 days.
You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. The following options are available to you for this purpose:
a) Through your browser settings; b) Through AWIN's website, https://www.awin.com/de/rechtliches/optout.
For more information on AWIN's use of data, please see the company's privacy policy: www.awin.com/de/rechtliches/

If you have given your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO), we use the We Tracking Service of Snowplow Analytics Limited, 32-38 Scrutton Street, London, United Kingdom ("Snowplow") on our website.
We use the data collected with the help of Snowplow exclusively for statistical purposes. In this case, we also set a cookie in your browser to recognize a returning user as such. Pinterest Tracking Pixel
If you have given your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO), we use the conversion tracking technology of the social network Pinterest (Pinterest Europe Ltd., Palmerston House, 2nd Floor, Fenian Street, Dublin 2, Ireland) on our website.
On the one hand, this allows us to ensure that the Pinterest ads we initiate are only displayed to those Pinterest users who have also shown an interest in our offer. In this way, we want to ensure that our Pinterest ads correspond to the potential interest of the respective user and do not annoy him. On the other hand, this allows us to track the actions of Pinterest users after they have seen or clicked on one of our Pinterest ads. This helps us measure the conversion of the respective

campaign for statistical, market research and billing purposes. When used, a so-called conversion tracking pixel from Pinterest is integrated on our pages, which processes the following information:

  • Device information (e.g. type, brand),
  • operating system used (e.g. iOS 11),
  • IP address of the device used,
  • Time of the call of our offer,
  • The nature and content of the campaign and
  • the reaction to the respective campaign (e.g. clicking a button)

The data collected in this way does not allow us to draw any conclusions about the identity of the respective user.
If you log in to your Pinterest account after visiting our website or if you visit our website while logged in, it is possible that this data will be stored and processed by Pinterest, which we would like to inform you about here. Pinterest may possibly link this data to your Pinterest account and also use it for its own advertising purposes.
Pinterest is certified under the Privacy Shield agreement and thereby offers a guarantee of compliance with European data protection law (https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt00000008VVzAAM).
The data is usually stored for a period of 90 days.
You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To do so, you have the following options: a) You can disable the collection of data for the display of interest-based advertising on Pinterest at any time in your account settings at Pinterest, at https://www.pinterest.de/settings (there, under "Individual customization", deactivate the button "Use information from our partners to better tailor recommendations and ads on Pinterest"); b) Most browsers automatically accept cookies. You can, however, prevent the use of cookies by setting your browser; in this case, however, you may not be able to use all the functions of the website. You must make the settings separately for each browser that you use.
